Returns & Refund Policy

At The Light After, we want you to feel truly aligned with everything you receive from us. If for any reason your order does not meet your expectations, we are here to support you.

 

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused

In its original packaging

In the same condition in which you received it

To start a return, please contact us via our contact form and include your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically returned to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used candles

Home sprays

Body care products (soaps, lotions, etc.)

Digital products or downloads


Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will correct the issue at no extra cost.
