About the Founder

There are moments in life that break you open, moments that ask you to meet yourself in a deeper way, moments that become the beginning of your becoming.

For me, The Light After was born from one of those moments.

I walked through darkness I never expected to face, the kind that leaves an imprint not only on your story, but on your body, your breath, your spirit. And yet, in the middle of it all, something gentle kept calling me home.

A soft light and a truth that whispered,

“You are not done. You are becoming.”

Writing helped me breathe again. Yoga helped me return to my body. Meditation helped me remember my soul. And slowly, through rituals, softness, and creativity, I began to rise.

The Light After is not just a brand, it is the embodiment of that rise.

A sanctuary created from my healing, to hold space for yours.

Every journal, every candle, every piece of softwear, and every word in the book is infused with the same intention: to remind you that no matter what you have lived through, your light is still here, waiting for you to return to it.

This is my offering to you.
